Old Fashioned Egg Salad
By Executive Chef Josh Silvers,
Syrah Restaurant, Santa Rosa, CA

Ingredients:
4 cups hard boiled Diced Eggs
1/2 cup fine chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped pickles
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3T of yellow mustard
TT salt and pepper

Cooking Method:
1. Put in bowl and pulse.
